Filtering Analytics by Client

If you use Client Profiles to group your social accounts by client, you can filter your analytics dashboard to show performance data for a single client at a time.

How to Filter by Client

  1. Go to Analytics in the sidebar
  2. In the filter bar at the top, click the Client dropdown button
  3. Select a client from the list
  4. The entire dashboard updates to show only data from that client's linked accounts

What Changes When You Filter

When a client is selected, all analytics components update to reflect only that client's accounts:

  • Overview cards (posts, engagement, reach, etc.)
  • Engagement chart
  • Platform Performance breakdown
  • Views/Reach chart
  • Content Library (post list)

Clearing the Filter

To go back to viewing analytics across all accounts:

  • Click the Client dropdown and select All Clients
  • Or click the X button on the active client filter
Note: Selecting a client automatically resets any platform or account filters you had active, so you start with a clean view of that client's data.

What If a Client Has No Data?

If a client's accounts haven't published any posts yet (or have no analytics data in the selected time range), the charts will show preview data with a blue banner indicating it's sample data. This keeps the dashboard layout consistent while you wait for real data to come in.

Combining with Other Filters

After selecting a client, you can further narrow down:

  1. Platform filter — Click a platform icon to see only that platform's data within the selected client
  2. Account filter — If a platform has multiple accounts for that client, pick a specific one
  3. Date range — Switch between 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days

Tips

  • Compare clients: Switch between clients to compare their performance side by side
  • Export per client: Select a client, then click Export to download a CSV report for just that client
  • Set up Client Profiles first: You need to create client profiles and assign accounts to them in Settings > Client Profiles before the filter appears
