What Are Client Profiles?

Client Profiles let you group your connected social accounts by client. If you manage social media for multiple clients (e.g., 10 clients with 5 platforms each), you can create a profile for each client and assign their accounts to it. This makes it much faster to select the right accounts when creating posts.

Creating a Client Profile

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click the Client Profiles tab
  3. Click Add Client
  4. Enter the client's name
  5. Choose a color for easy identification
  6. Optionally upload a profile image (logo or photo)
  7. Click Save

Assigning Accounts to a Client

After creating a client profile:

  1. In the Client Profiles settings tab, click on a client to expand it
  2. You'll see all your connected social accounts grouped by platform
  3. Toggle accounts on/off to assign or unassign them to this client
  4. Changes are saved automatically
Note: Each account can belong to only one client at a time. Assigning an account to a new client will automatically remove it from the previous one.

Using Client Profiles When Creating Posts

  1. Go to Create New Post
  2. If you have client profiles, a client selector dropdown appears above the platforms
  3. Select a client to pre-configure their linked accounts
  4. The accounts will be ready to use when you select platforms
  5. You can still manually adjust which accounts to post to

Client Badges on Posts

Once a post is associated with a client:

  • Scheduled/Draft pages: Posts show a badge with the client's profile image and name
  • Calendar view: Posts display the client badge in both the day cells and the detail modal
  • This makes it easy to visually identify which posts belong to which client

Filtering Posts by Client

On the Scheduled Posts, Drafts, and Calendar pages, you can filter by client:

  1. Use the client dropdown in the filter bar
  2. Select a specific client to see only their posts
  3. Select No Client to see posts without a client assigned
  4. Select All Clients to see everything

Managing Client Profiles

Editing a Client

  1. Go to Settings > Client Profiles
  2. Click the edit icon on the client you want to modify
  3. Update the name, color, or profile image
  4. Click Save

Deleting a Client

  1. Click the delete icon on the client
  2. Confirm the deletion
  3. All accounts will become unassigned (no data is lost)
  4. Existing posts keep their content but lose the client association

Tips

  • Use distinct colors for each client so they're easy to spot on the calendar
  • Upload a logo as the profile image for instant visual recognition
  • Use the search bar in the account assignment view to quickly find accounts when you have many connected
  • Client profiles are available on all paid plans
