How to Preview Your Profile Grid
See how your scheduled posts will look on your Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest profile grid
What Is the Grid Preview?
The Grid Preview lets you see how your scheduled posts will look on your profile grid before they go live. This is especially useful for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest where the visual layout of your profile matters.
How to Access the Grid Preview
The grid toggle is located on the Scheduled Posts page. Here's how to find it:
- Go to Posts > Scheduled in the sidebar
- Look at the top-right corner of the page, next to the filter options
- You'll see a List / Grid toggle switch
- Click Grid to switch to the grid preview
Switching Between Platforms
Once you're in Grid view, you'll see platform tabs at the top:
- Instagram — See how your posts will look on your Instagram profile grid (3 columns)
- TikTok — Preview your TikTok video grid
- Pinterest — Preview your pins on a specific board
Click any tab to switch between platforms.
Selecting an Account
If you have multiple accounts connected for the same platform, use the account dropdown to select which account's grid you want to preview. The grid will show:
- Your existing posts already live on the platform (shown with a subtle overlay)
- Your scheduled posts that haven't been published yet (shown as upcoming)
Rearranging Posts
You can drag and drop scheduled posts to rearrange the order they'll appear on your grid. This changes the posting order so your profile grid looks exactly how you want it.
Tips
- Plan your aesthetic: Use the grid view to ensure your Instagram feed has a cohesive visual theme
- Check before publishing: Always preview the grid before your posts go live to avoid layout surprises
- Use with account selector: If you manage multiple Instagram accounts, check each one's grid separately
- Pinterest boards: When previewing Pinterest, you can select a specific board to see how new pins will fit alongside existing ones
